Democrats trying to find 'who will lose to Trump' in upcoming presidential election

Democrats trying to find 'who will lose to Trump' in upcoming presidential election Sky News host Paul Murray says the Democrats continue to "try and work out who is going to lose to Trump" in the upcoming presidential election, saying the candidates are in for "one hell of a fight" before a nominee emerges.

After the debacle in Iowa, leading Democrats gathered for the final debate before voters head to the polls in New Hampshire on Tuesday.

Former South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg was in the spotlight after polls show he is rapidly gaining support in New Hamshire, while Bernie Sanders had to fend off claims he would struggle to defeat Donald Trump if he won the Democratic presidential nomination.

"It feels like the lefties have decided it's going to be [Bernie] Sanders ... and the rest of the party is moving away from [Joe] Biden," Mr Murray said.

Mr Murray said the "left" of American politics are "making their decision between going all out socialism/communism" or choosing whoever else "is not that".
