Police restrict New Year celebrations

The police across the state have tightened security and imposed restrictions for New Year celebrations. Entry is restricted to Nandi Hill near Bengaluru and Chamundi Hill in Mysuru. In Mangaluru, celebrations will be allowed only for 5 minutes.
