Paris Agreement architect says Australia's climate policy risks whole deal unraveling | ABC News The Prime Minister Scott Morrison is undermining the global effort to fight climate change and his actions threaten to unravel it altogether, according to the architect of the Paris Agreement.

Laurence Tubiana is calling on the Government to immediately drop his push to use carryover credits to count towards achieving 2030 targets, saying the bushfires are clear evidence Australia should be playing a constructive and not destructive role.
