Micro actions (5 minutes or less) each day to support you in being more mindful and more intentional creating the best version of your life. It's not a resolution, it's a movement.

Day 9 we ask the question, "what's really in our food?".

What we put in our bodies is either contributing to our wellness or contributing to our sickness. You have the power to decide what goes into your body. Every single thing you do in this life involves the cooperation of your body, so let's take steps to treat it better, to put better fuel into it.

So today, we are reading labels of the food in our pantry, fridge, and freezer.

Find 5 minutes and look at the ingredients listed on food items you eat and buy most frequently. Not just the front, but the ingredients listed. What ingredients are in there? What ingredients show up most frequently between food items? Take a few minutes and look them up.

You might be terribly shocked about what you're really eating.
