This low impact high intensity circuit is ideal if you're looking for a workout you can do in under 30 minutes with no impact and no jumping around.

For this total body low impact high intensity workout you'll work to complete 3 Rounds of 2 circuits of movements. Working for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between movements & rounds. There is a 1 minute rest between Circuits.

All you need is a moderately heavy set of dumbbells, your towel and your water and you'll be all set to sweat.
