Scott Brooks helped defined Charlotte as a city through cooking, personality and conversation. He was found shot to death on December 9th 2019 at Brooks Sandwich House. It's the business that he owned with is twin brother David. The family business was not solely known for its food but the take out spot was a well melting pot.
Brooks who's father opened the business in 1974 was remembered by WBTV's Jamie Boll and Steve Crump.
