Homeland Security Investigation Fast Reaction Team (SWAT) is attempting to serve an arrest warrant on a suspect who will not surrender. The 340 blk is blocked off by SDSO Deputies.
UPDATE: Several people were detained after refusing to surrender. They were released. The HSI people left the scene and then someone called the SDSO and told them, the suspect was at the scene and left in a Jeep Liberty.
