Marie Yovanovitch testified on Friday that her dismissal as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine had showed "shady interests the world over...how little it takes to remove an American ambassador who does not give them what they want." As the House Intelligence Committee entered the second day of public hearings in the impeachment inquiry, President Donald Trump attacked Yovanovitch on Twitter, prompting committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., to accuse Trump of "witness intimidation."
