Cleanliness drive responsibility in Bicholim has been taken up by senior citizens. Cleanliness drive has not been limited to October 2, but they have been doing it since last 5 years. Surprisingly, they have been collecting more of beer cans and bottles than other garbage in school and college campuses. This team of senior citizen in Bicholim has urged Chief Minister Pramod Sawant to intervene into the matter. Special report.
