IA Biswanath Banerjee uses Chess as a medicine to fight Cancer IA Biswanath Banerjee was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma in 2018, the same year he achieved his International Arbiter title. However he chose not to let cancer slow him down. He kept working both as an arbiter and organizer, giving his 100% in every cap he donned. He formed his own company '64 squares' and helped his son Sayak Banerjee achieve Sr. National Arbiter title and FIDE Arbiter norms too.
