Grenfell survivors and bereaved say lives still at risk

In an official report released today, Sir Martin Moore-Bick castigated the London Fire Brigade and blamed the presence of cladding at Grenfell Tower as a key factor in the rapid spread of the flames.

The reaction from the bereaved has been mixed, but there was widespread anger at the performance of fire service staff - from the Commissioner downwards.
