Michelin Bib Gourmand list shows heritage hawker food is 'big': KF Seetoh

12 new eateries in Singapore have been added to the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand list. It is a special category covering restaurants and hawkers that serve quality food, but are priced below $45. There are now 58 on the list. KF Seetoh, founder of Makansutra, was in the studio to share
his thoughts on this year's list, and the unique features these eateries offer to make it onto the list.
