The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has appealed to government to look for funds to construct of the Kampala to Jinja Express way instead of getting into a proposed Public Private Partnership with a funding partner. The Speaker was reacting after a motion by Bunyole West Member of Parliament, James Waluswaka who said that government is deliberately dragging its feet on the construction of the road. #NTVNews
