A careless cyclist is seen riding along a busy London road while holding a baby girl in one hand. The footage was shot at about 8.30am on Thursday on Bromley Road, Catford, London. Despite the busy A21 road the man has not dressed the girl with protective gear for the journey. Under section 24 of the 1988 Road Traffic Act it is illegal to carry a passenger on a bike unless it was designed or adapted for such purpose. Original Article:
