I'm pretty sure this could cause a seizure in someone who gets them, so watch out.
The audio and video is out of sync slightly, and if you think it's too boring at the start, skip ahead.
So I basically burned the original video to a DVD, and then copied it to a VHS tape using two VCRs, and then I kept copying it from tape to tape so that the quality got lower every time. That loss of quality is known as generation loss. Also, that part at about 4:25 freezes because the DVD froze for a second while copying it to the tape.
