Portland closing downtown streets prior to marches

Portland, Oregon, city crews are installing barricades and closing downtown streets in preparation for a Saturday rally. The rally is organized by the Proud Boys, who have been designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. (Aug. 16)
