Bengaluru should not have this | A concern

So, something happened to me the other day. Was returning home from work at night but was about to met an accident. Was it the dark road or the broken road itself? That got me concerned about the current scenario of Bengaluru roads. As projects like metro, water supply is rolling in full speed, is it necessary for the people of Bengaluru to face this situations.
