Do sponsors of Pride, incl Irish taxpayer, think showcasing fetish is acceptable in front of kids

This year, a kink collective marched in the tax-payer funded Pride parade which is billed as being family-friendly. Is showcasing fetish and bondage in front of children now acceptable? if not, why are sponsors happy to let it happen?
