(Wow) Officer gets educated on the 1st Amendment - Sacramento City Hall Happy Father’s Day

This video took place in Sacramento City Hall. As I asked the officer to identify himself, he gave me the name of someone else who he thought I was with. He obviously needed to be corrected. One of the things I want to accomplish is to bring transparency between officer and citizen. I want to be able to ask questions and get some answers.
