Strengthening the Nervous system, especially effective for neurasthenia

Strengthening the Nervous system, especially effective for neurasthenia Strengthening the Nervous system, especially effective for neurasthenia
By Dr. George Ho of Vancouver
This video introduces 3 of my Kindle books. The applies the principles of tai chi into walking, called Treadmill Ram tai chi, an independent book and swimming, called Dolphin Instant Tai Chi in another independent book and I have combined the 2 books into one book, called Meditation Bliss and Physical Health with Chan (Zen in Japanese) Walking and Swimming for All, including the Disabled. Clinically I have found these practices are good for the nervous system and It is especially good for the pre-depression condition, commonly diagnosed as neurasthenia in Asia. It is translated as shenjing shuairuo, 神經衰弱 in Chinese; in Japan, it is called shinkei-suijaku (神経衰弱). For Asian patients, it is an easier to be accepted diagnosis than nervous breakdown. The most common symptom of neurasthenia is insomnia, followed by headache and lack of energy. The swimming practice described in the Dolphin Instant tai chi part of the book is very effective to relieve the symptom of headaches and give patients a good quality refreshing sleep for at least a few hours. Dolphin tai chi is a very effective treatment for these symptoms. After each swimming self-practice, the headache is gone, and the patient can sleep.
