Today, I thought I would share with you all the superfood smoothie that my boys absolutely love!
it's so easy to make, you need just a few ingredients (all raw) and most importantly it is jam packed with micronutrients! It's not just for kids but for us adults as well! super tasty and super healthy.
You can make it for breakfast, lunch or just to have as a snack to cool you down in this heat.
