How to preserve Mango for a year | Mango Pulp| Pulp Recipe |4K | by gaurirecipemarathi
Mango is the craviest fruit and if its Alphonso Mango, the mango king then everyone love it at the fullest. As seasons don't last same way mango
season last just for 2-3 months and we have to wait again for our King fruit next season. So why wait when u can have it all season round just
by making this recipe at your home.

Ingredients:-
2 Small Bowl of Alphonso Mango.
1 Bowl of Sugar.
Method for Mango Pulp Recipe
1. To start the recipe we need to first take chopped Hapus (Aplhonso Mango) and grind it in a mixer.
2. Do not use water or milk to grind this chopped Hapus (Aplhonso Mango).
3. Once this is grinded keep it aside and take a pan and turn on the gas.
4. Once the pan is heated up take this grinded chopped Hapus (Aplhonso Mango) in the pan.
5. Keep stirring the Hapus (Aplhonso Mango) till it comes to a boiling point.
6. Once it comes to the boiling point then add sugar to it and keep stirring.
7. While stirring you will notice the when sugar start to melt the content of the pulp is more liquidify.
8. Keep stiring till a fine pulp is getting ready as shown in video.
9. Once our thickness level of pulp is acheived we can turn off the gas.
10. Let the pulp come to the room temperature.
11. Once the pulp comes to room temperature then take a strainer and stain the pulp to another bowl as shown in video.
12. Now our mango pulp is ready and same can be kept for refrigeration.
13. Same can be consumed to make variety of Mango products for 8-10 months. (Mango lassi / Mango Juice / Mango Milk Shake/ Mango Barfi / Mango Sheera / Mango squash )
