I do lower body 2-3x a week I constantly switch up my workouts to keep my body guessing. Sometimes I focus on growing my quads sometimes my booty. I need to pay more attention to my hamstrings and calves. Trying to achieve an overall balance.

I found two of these band workouts on an IG page. They were great for activating lower body I used them as warm ups.

I created a circuit of 4 exercises then rotated them 4 times doing each exercise for 15-20 reps. This creates cardio and weights plus saves time if done correctly. I move with no breaks between exercises then at the end of a full circuit I pause for 30-60 seconds.

Create a workout with exercises you like. This can even be done at home with a few things like bands and a few weights.
