Savouring a tub of steaming hot button idlis doused with sambar seems to be a popular breakfast choice for most travellers flying out of Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport. For some reason, in all my years of flying out of this airport, I hadn’t savoured these yet. And so on a recent trip to Jaipur with family and friends, I decided to taste some.
