170g lazdu rieksti
170g dateles
24g cacao (bez cukura)

Pagatavošana:
Sablendē riekstus un atliek malā. Sablendē dateles līdz viendabīgai masai, sajauc ar sablendētajiem lazdu riekstiem, pievieno kakao pulveri un rūpīgi samaisa, bļodu pārklāj ar pārtikas plēvi un liek ledusskapī uz 20-30 minūtēm. Paņem aptuveni 1 tējkaroti šokolādes masas un ar rokām veido apaļas trifeles, līdz šokolādes masa beigusies. Pēc tam katru trifeli apvāļā kakao pulverī un ievieto ledusskapī uz 1-2 stundām, var atstāt saldētava.

RECIPE:

170g hazelnuts
170g medjoul dates
24 g cacao powder (no sugar)
+ to roll each truffle in cacao powder

Instructions:
Blend hazelnuts and keep aside. Blend Dates into a smooth paste and mix with hazelnuts, add cocoa powder and whisk thoroughly. Cover the bowl with cling film and put into the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Spoon about 1 tbsp of the chocolate mixture and form it into a round truffle with your hands. Roll each truffle in cacao powder. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight. This allows them to set and firm. keep sweets in a freezer.
