Previously abandoned, Complicated TLH with Ureterolysis.

TLH attempted in a peripheral hospital. Probably due to adherent ureter, and fearing Ureteric injury, patient was referred to our Institute. Right ureter was densely adherent to ureter.
Strategy employed was, Completing the procedure on left side, Ureterolysis on right side and clipping the Uterine Artery at the origin.
Harmonic and Bipolar shearer used as energy sources.
