As Simon Sinek says: Leadership is not a position, leadership is a choice.
I've been a leader for some time and it's one of the most difficult roles that was ever given to me. It’s huge responsibility to be a leader, to inspire others to take that one more leap of faith, to take that one final leap towards something better.
