How to Be You

How to Be You There isn’t a thing you do in this life, in which you are not seeking yourself. That feeling of completeness, of the permanent happy you. So, what stands in the way of you and your fully realized self? there are three components. The first is your judging Habit. You are judging all the time. Good or bad, right or wrong, I like or I dislike. This constant judging creates a sense of separation between you and the object of your judging. Once you become aware of your judging, you dissolve the sense of separation. The second part is to experience reality. Now, with your judging out of the way, you’re not living in the make-believe imagined state in your mind, but in the actual reality in front of you.  That’s where all the magic happens. That’s where you’re working with clean data. The more accurate it is, the more accurate the results. If you were working with messy data, then the results are messy. So, you want your life to be based on the most accurate data possible. And that is the reality in front of you. become aware of your judgments, and you see the reality as it is. Finally, now that you see reality clearly in front of you, any action you take on this reality is clear action. Clear action is how you build momentum in your life and invite the incredible creativity and abundance that is all around you, that you don’t see when you’re occupied by your judging habit.  The best part is, once you become aware of your judgments, you automatically see reality for what it is and can take clear action. There’s nothing else you have to do. By becoming aware of your self-judgments, you are clearing the path, not to feel separate from life, but part of it. You realize the greatness of who you are designed to be.
