A strong shoulder is essential for your badminton game. Badminton consists of many shoulder actions, movements and shocks. In all these cases the shoulder is loaded and therefore the chances for injuries raise. The shoulder is CRUCIAL for a badminton player - a lack of focus can have huge consequences for your game and your overall health.
