Mobile phone footage recorded by a woman who was sexually assaulted in Medway has helped imprison an offender who targeted five women across Rainham and Medway. Ionel Arsenii pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault, one attempted sexual assault and one count of indecent exposure. He was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday 7 January 2020.
The offences took place between March and May 2019.
