Modern DevOps for a Commodore 64? Inconceivable!

Modern DevOps for a Commodore 64? Inconceivable! Microsoft Azure DevOps claims they can support “Any language, on any platform”. We put that to the test by seeing if we can do a Modern DevOps build and release pipeline for a Commodore 64. This is a joke, right? Nope… watch and you’ll see how we bring the past and the present together.

Operation 8-Bit is a grass-roots not for profit group that helps to support charities like the Tour De Force 9/11 Memorial Bike Ride and the Armed Services YMCA (ASYMCA) by raising funds through the restoration and resale of classic computers and video games.

We are supported by donations from people just like you, and these donations can make an amazing difference to helping the organizations and families we support.

If you have an old Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo that you (or your kids) never use anymore, or if there is an old computer just gathering dust in your attic or in the back of a closet that you would like to donate, please let us know by visiting our website.
