Scouts from Manchester United and their city rivals Manchester City were among the emissaries watching Lyon striker Moussa Dembele this weekend, according to the latest reports. Both Manchester sides have been linked with landing the Frenchman, in spite of Lyon issuing a strong statement earlier this month insisting the forward would not be sold.
