The Chinese New Year celebration is just days away and Xiang Long Culture and Arts Organisation, one of the lion dance troupes in Kelantan, is all geared up for the festival. Its trainer Lee Rong Jiang said the group that operates in Tapang, here started their full preparations to welcome the festival last week.
The eldest of four siblings said the organisation which was set up since 2011, has about 60 dancers and are divided into few groups.
He said each team would have 15 dancers and they would perform traditional lion dances and acrobatic stunts in four districts every year.
