The CIA and Justice Department are in the midst of a lawsuit after a conservative watchdog is suing for the communications of a CIA analyst who is alleged to be the Ukrainian whistleblower. On Thursday, the Judicial Watch filed Freedom of Information Act lawsuits against the department and agency for the communications had with the alleged whistleblower.
In November, the watchdog filed FOIA requests to the Justice Department seeking communications between the alleged whistleblower and former FBI agent Peter Strzok.
