The State Capture Inquiry continues hearing testimony from former State Security Agency boss Mo Shaik. He's already told the commission the Guptas could have been stopped in 2011.
But Shaik says then State Security Minister Siyabonga Cwele, and former President Jacob Zuma blocked the investigation.
