I am delighted to provide this free 10 minute resentment releasing sound meditation that sets you up for a deep, peaceful sleep.

No computer, virtual instruments, sound effects or synth sounds were used at all. The only electronic device used was my phone to record.

Only pure, acoustic, and touch-energized sounds from the tanpura-swarmandal and my voice.

Enjoy these pure light sounds and intentions to release pain and resentment before bedtime while helping your consciousness elevate as you enter the dream state.
