Hello student, here in this video we are going to study a very interesting topic as Probability and some of its real-life examples from CBSE Class 10 Maths.
What is Probability?
The probability of an event can be defined as the likelihood of an event to occur. There are mainly two types of probability which are experimental probability and theoretical probability.
Probability is the study of mathematics which calculates the degree of uncertainty.
Experimental or Empirical Probability
The result of probability based on the actual experiment is called experimental probability. In this case, the results could be different if we do the same experiment again.
Probability - A Theoretical Approach
In the theoretical approach, we predict the results without performing the experiment actually. The other name of theoretical probability is a classical probability.
