Numerous UFOs Using The Nellis Test Range With Impunity

I shot this video from my backyard in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada on the night of August 24, 2015. I remade the video on December 9, 2019. Either the military has some sort of truce or agreement with our extraterrestrial cousins or they have been able to reverse engineer crashed UFOs and train in them here where they can operate with impunity. If neither of those scenarios is true then our government is inept because this all happens in between two Air Force Bases and very close to Area 51. I believe it's not even remotely plausible that the military isn't aware of what's happening in their own backyard so the truth is being withheld as many of us have suspected for decades. What else can this be?
