Joe Biden says he wouldn't comply with a Senate subpoena in Trump's impeachment trial

The former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate says he wouldn't comply with a Senate subpoena to testify at the impeachment trial because it would let Trump "off the hook" in a meeting with the Des Moines Register's editorial board on Dec. 27, 2019.
