Fresh loads of imported onions from Turkey reach Mangaluru

Amidst onion crisis in the country, fresh loads of imported onions from Turkey reached in Mangaluru on December 4. To control the rising prices, the government is importing 11,000 tonnes from Turkey. Onion prices remain high across the major cities of the country.
