Today I am sharing how to get rid of dark spots on the face. These dark spots can be really frustrating, Just like the one I had from a cigarette being put out on my cheek some time ago. IKR? Post Inflammatory Hyper-pigmentation is the fancy name for these trying dark spots or marks. Dark spots can be red, brown, or even a gray color and are harmelss but if you're like me I don't like unsightly spots at all. They happen as skin injuries heal and often are the result of pimples gone wrong, cuts, scratches, or in the case of mine, a burn. The most common reasons are acne and acne cysts that are healing. They will go away on their own over time but that can take months for some of us.
So in this video I share exactly what I did to fade mine in a week and give you the exact ingredients to look for when treating them. Following this treatment routine will help you fade acne scars, dark or red spots, and even sun damage.
