Facial recognition confirmed Ont. developer was wanted crime boss, but CBSA couldn't prove it

New documents show Canadian officials believed Tarekh Rana - an Ajax, Ontario businessman at the centre of a Global News investigation - may have lied about his identity when he arrived in Canada.

But as Mike Drolet explains, immigration officers couldn't prove Rana was an international fugitive.
