We bought this house a few months ago from a wholesaler and are full into the remodel now. We thought there would be a lot of work on this house but I had no idea it would need this much! It turns out that the back addition was built extremely poorly and needed the entire roof rebuilt. At the moment we have the extreme open concept master bedroom that even has an open roof!
We are moving the kitchen, redoing the bathrooms, electrical, plumbing and the rest of the roof as well. This will be a massive job and we may go over the $50,000 budget I was hoping to hit.
We bought the house for $180,000 and it should be worth close to $300,000 once we are done with it so hopefully, we still make some money!
