The effect of a crochet-covered headband is really special and I never expected it, I made headbands in various colors and with different yarns, but among all of them we were even more surprised by those with a metallic yarn that turns the headband into a "jewel headband" as my mother says.
In this video tutorial I will show you how to do these headbands.
This is an easy and quick project that allow you to create a truly original hair accessory to gift or simply wear in occasion of the upcoming festivities.
For this project you will need of:
- 1 plastic core of a headband to be coated, 10mm wide
- 1 ball of the Anchor Metallic yarn ( you can find more details about this yarn and its color chart here )
- 2 mm crochet hook
At the end I used only 7g of yarns so with one ball of yarn you can do 3 headbands.
The processing time of this project is of about 1 hour.
Thanks for watching and good job!
