Once again we see world’s longest serving steam locomotive GKB No.671 in action. The footplate crew had already kindly allowed me to place a camera on the front of the locomotive, when one of them asked “if you place a camera here, it will film the motion gear in action”. I had to agree it would give a very different view, so I fixed a second camera as suggested. I had intended to mix the resulting footage with a “Passengers Eye View” of the trip, but after watching the video captured by the camera, I decided to upload the full journey, allowing viewers to pick and choose what they watch. I hope you enjoy this unusual camera angle. The tour was organised by the Railway Touring Company – Track gauge 1,435 mm (4 ft 8 1⁄2 in)
