Alternative fitness options So I get that some people can’t be so dynamic, injuries, limitations etc

Being in the pool is a great way to keep active and in between swimming sets or power walking in the pool here are some ideas to keep on top of things.

Being active promotes mental and emotional fitness

If you are worried about doing this in front of other people.

Wear swimming trunks that say

“Fuck off lofty, I’m on it, no excuses”

Maybe go for the small print 😉
