To learn costs in Microsoft Project, we created Live the Life Of a Project Manager(LLOPM which you can read “hello PM”). This is my way to cost the CRM project with MS Project. In this solution you will see how to use the different types of resources and costs. Those types are work, material, costs. We are able to see the costs of each phase of a project as are initiation, planning, execution, closing.
