Why I Think it is Important to Draw in Sketchbooks

In this video I talk about the benefits I have seen by drawing in my Sketchbooks as often as possible. I use one sketchbook for concepts and another for more refined drawings.

I feel this helps me to take better care of my artwork and have a visual timeline of my progress. I will also be starting a new sketchbook of just sequential page work and storytelling. I will share some art videos on that as well!

In this video I am using a "Master's Touch" Spiral Sketchbook that I picked up from Hobby Lobby.
