UMK3+ Stream - Palettes, but fixing and enhancing

Tonight we'll be finishing up the palette shader routine (although it's not the end of the road for palettes), and we'll address keeping kabal from changing clothes in the spin cycle, and subbie changing out during a freeze. NOTE later stream time!
