
It's definitely challenging but you have to give a lot of credit to the people who are in it. The trucker and spouse have to be compatible for the trucking lifestyle.
I have a theory about why some truckers cheat as explained in the video. I agree that trucking provides many catalyst that could cause a person to be weak minded and make poor choices.
It also offers what seem like the perfect opportunity.
However, I believe in most cases if that same person was at home and a crisis struck to negatively affect self esteem, and someone showed them attention, they might respond the same way if they thought they could get away with it.
On the other hand, if a person is just a dog then, they a dog anyway and they don't even need trucking to cheat.
Having said that both people have responsibilities in keeping the relationship strong.
1. You should have a plan for where the relationship is going
2. You should have family goals
3. You should obviously talk share regularly about how each are holding up in working toward the goals
4. You both should remain attractive and healthy as possible as you were when you met.
5. You both should be intentional about nurturing the relationship.
6. Find out what each other's love language is and make sure you use that intel.
